
CiD Global Solutions, an emerging business process outsourcing (BPO) company with headquarters in the Philippines, officially launched their new engagement with RailClick, a European based travel service provider with a festive inauguration ceremony held at CiD’s site in the CBD of Ortigas, Mandaluyong. The event led by the respective Senior Leaders of both RailClick and CiD, commemorated their collaboration signifying their shared commitment to providing world-class sales and customer service for every traveler into Europe.
Joining the line-up of CiD top Executives is RailClick Chairman and President, Lluís Martínez-Ibànez, who expressed his gratitude for the added recruits to his Global Support team to enhance both his sales and customer support services. Tisha Escalona, CiD’s SVP of Business Development, also shares her excitement over this partnership, saying that CiD is beginning to move up in the world by partnering up with some of the world’s leading names in financial, services, travel, telecommunications, healthcare, and retail.
The emerging BPO supports new and existing clients across the full customer lifecycle with clients located in the US, Europe, and in the Philippines.
