On March 4, 2026, the company was formally welcomed as a new member of the IT&BPM Association of the Philippines (IBPAP) during its Annual Membership Meeting held at the Shangri-La The Fort, BGC.

The induction firmly establishes CiD within the country’s premier network for the IT-BPM sector, unlocking new avenues for industry alignment, advocacy, and collaborative growth. The event brought together the sector's leading organizations, with CiD being inducted alongside prominent industry trailblazers, including fintech giant Maya and the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP).

Representing the company at the prestigious gathering were CiD's CEO, Pam Cabalquinto, and the Risk and Compliance Officer, Erica Mendoza.
