In an effort to expand its service capabilities, CiD Global Solutions is set to launch a new location in Santo Tomas, Batangas, in July 2024. With approximately 300 seats, the new site is set to become the Business Continuity site that mirrors the functionality of CiD's Headquarters in Ortigas, boasting identical systems, telephony setups, and information security protocols to ensure seamless continuity of operations.
