- General customer service via calls and emails.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries/concerns via calls or emails.
- Resolve service issues by clarifying the complaint, determining the cause, selecting and offering the best solution, expediting the concern, and making follow-ups to ensure resolution.
- Providing up-to-date Railclick product and service info to customers
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions (Call disposition & payment trackers)
- Generate sales by making new train ticket bookings, utilizing the tools we have, upon the customer's request
